Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes technical access data (such as IP address and time of access) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies and does not track individual visitors. We only see aggregated page views. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Demo booking

The booking page does not ask for or store any personal data.

Customer billing data (Lucrovia accounts)

When a customer connects Stripe, Lucrovia processes billing data on the customer's behalf as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. This includes Stripe customer IDs, customer email addresses, subscriptions, invoices, coupons and checkout sessions. Card numbers are never transmitted to Lucrovia.

Purpose: finding revenue leaks and running fixes the customer approves. Data is stored in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted within 30 days after the customer disconnects Stripe or ends the contract. A data processing agreement and the list of subprocessors are provided before a live account is connected.

Fonts

All fonts are served from this website. No connection to Google Fonts or other font services is made.
